thanks for this honest answer.
I'm not a specialist of Bf109s repairs after an accident... Books don't talk about that in details. I just can imagine that 80, 90% damaged aircrafts where used as spare parts for less damaged, especially those which got "taxiing" and so on accident.
Hence I'm not surprised with your present answer...

Any facts available about WNr.1037? but what about that following 53R? Is it a true Bf109 WNr.?
