Z378* can only as far as I know , be Z3781, this Hurricane was used by 71 Sqdn and passed to 133 Sqdn crashing on the isle of Man in October 41.
Another XR-A was P3884.
As for the Spitfire XR-Y ?
This could be one of several I expect.
