Ofw. Josef Meffert, Flight Engineer, killed 18.02.1943 near Fagaras, near Bukarest in a Ju 52 (serial 6066) of Flugbereitschaft Adlershof, Pilot Hptm. Rudolf Heene and Radio-Op. Ofw. Walter Kruse also killed. (Source GQM).
