Boris Kovzan, famous rammjager (4 ramms - Bf110, Ju88, Bf109, Bf109 - during WW II), lost his eye after 4th ramm attack, but continued to fly in PVO duties.

There were many pilots who flew without 1 leg, I know several pilots who flew fighters with amputated both legs.

Viktor Petermann flew Me262 after he lost his hand with JG52.
