20.5.1944 2.(Ost) Fl.Ü.G 1 west Poprad, southern Hohe Tatra, Slowakia (=Deutschendorf) crash of a Bf 109 G no serial, 7+, Fw. Rudolf Hölzel killed
he was 39 when crashed, source VdK
