I am always very suspicious when seeing a SKZ in documents. There are so many typing errors, that at least two really different sources are necessary to have some confidence. Of course the best source is good photo but in this case it is not available.
You might very well be right and TF+JI is SKZ of He 219. So far I have not seen same SKZ used in two different aircraft on purpose. Therefore we can forget for the time being this TF-JI with Bf 108 until someone finds surrporting evidence.
Besides the options you wrote, there is also another - that nasty old German habit to use capital "J" instead capital "I" gives me headache in many cases. Perhaps also in this?
