Seaplane accident November 22, 1940 Kiel-Holtenau

In the book Hydravions de la Luftwaffe Vol. 1 on page 272 the authors mention a 50 % damage, caused by engine failure, to Arado Ar 196 A-1 WNr. 11. According to them the aircraft belonged to Luftpark Holtenau and the pilot was Oberfeldwebel Friedrich Peters (wounded). Can anyone confirm the details and perhaps give the source? This is the first time I find anything related to this particular aircraft, the first production Ar 196. The accident is not mentioned in the losses and WNr list in Appendix II of the book.

Thank you.
Hans
