Hungarian Fighters August 24 1944
Hallo,
an uneventful mission happened on August 24 1944. Eleven Hungarian Fighters from 101st Fighter Wing "Puma" took off at 9.40 o´clock from Veszprem A/F to attack US bombers, but they were bad navigated and any encounters took place. Could somebody add more information?
Is known from which Squadron they were? Who did lead this formation?
