Does anyone know the composition of Aviation Group Rokkosovsky ?
Does anyone know the composition of Aviation Group Rokossovsky ? It was formed about 17-20 July 1941 in support of Group Rokossovsky at Yartsevo and existed until at least 8 August 1941. I found a mention (only a Mention) in The Collection of Battle Documents of WWII (SBDVOV) and a reference in an order issued to West Front (#066 by Timoshenko) on 17 July 1941. Any guesses, clues or suggestions ?
