I don't think so.
24 Ost = Rumania-Bulgaria-Greece, where Grosstrapez "41" situated somewhere in eastern Greece.
More so, according to Michael Holm's site they based at Lublin at that time.
Al in all "25Ost" looks much more reasonable. Thus coordinates are 24o40', 50o30'/24o50',50o35' - somewhere west of Lvov.
