Hi guys

I note that the above aircraft of II/KG51 was lost on 16 November 1943 near Leros (in the Aegean) with Ltn Franks and crew (identities unknown) posted missing.

On this date, near Leros, occurred an action between Beaufighters and Bf109s of III/JG27 from Rhodes, during which Bf110s of 11./ZG26 were also involved.

Is it feasible that one of the Bf110s shot down the Ju88 in error?
