Did you check 'The Sky is our Ocean' by Bart Rijnhout? There's a picture of the wreckage and Sgt Jindra in it.
Apart from that there is a Czech publication with pictures and short biographies of Czech airmen in RAF service. This might contain pictures of the rest of the crew.
