I would not (yet) be so sure that this is a Ju 88.

I am trying to scale the wheel against that mobile phone and it looks far too small. Exactly the same type of steel wheel was fitted to some Me 110s and I think (possibly?) the Me 109.

PS - I have just read the dimensions of the wheel. It could be 88 or 110 but this is only from trying to think how big either is...although I am now inclined to something of the 88 size. I cannot find a size on either wheel. However, there is a Schiffer book on German wheels and landing gear. Someone here will have it! I think other types also had this pattern of pressed steel tailwheels.
