Re: Heavy Bomber Attack on Paris Ball-bearing Factories 26 November 1943

Hello ,

I can add that F/O Ralph Cormier went down in a small river at Dampierre-en-Bray , which is located west Beauvais . He was initially buried at the Poix-de-la-Somme military cemetary , grave # 63 . Next to him , grave # 62 was 2nd Lt Merle A. Nienaber , a 94th BG 333rd BS pilot whose bomber B-17 # 23185 "Queen Bee " crashed at Londinières ( south-east Dieppe ) the same day , victim of german fighters. Nienaber's chute did not open while leaving the bomber .

If ever you have a picture of Ralph Cormier I'm interested .

Hope this help a little .

Zorglub.
