Info on Luftwaffe impressions of RN AA

Hi. I am looking for books and articles that give luftwaffe aircrew accounts of attacking Royal Navy ships, especially their impressions of RN AA effectiveness. I would also be interested in Luftwaffe staff reports of the same. For example, Goering is reported to have stated:

"...after the war, discovered amongst directives from Goering to his Airforce in 1940 was one warning them that, when attacking southern England, they should make detours to avoid passing close to British warships 'because of the effectiveness of their gunfire'..."

Weapon Control in the Royal Navy 1935-45, Pout, from The Application of Radar and other Electronic Systems in the Royal Navy in WW2, p95. (Kingsley-editor)

any assistance and recommendations would be much appreciated.
