Well, in according with the factory camo scheme one wing is to be entirely painted in a single color and the other in another color. So it matches the official scheme, I guess. Itīs interesting the dark area after the engine, looks a heat compound to prevent damage on fuselage.
It would be nice to have a complete walk around of this plane assembled prior any restoration. A pity the Komet also in Australia got wrong colors after the restoration since it was in nice shape (jugding by photos of itīs original wartime colors).
