This doesn't provide you with photos, but here is the EOE DB loss entry:

"November 13, 1940: 8./LG1 Junkers Ju88A-1 (6157). Port engine and controls damaged in attacks by F/L W.J. Leather and P/O R.A. Johnson of No. 611 Squadron during sortie to attack De Haviland works at Lostock Hall, south of Preston, and belly-landed at Woodway Farm, Blewbury, 2.45 p.m. BS Gefr Hans Bossdorf killed, FF Fw Willi Erwin and BF Fw Erwin Zins both captured slightly injured, BO Uffz Herbert Wermuth captured unhurt. Aircraft L1+LS 100% write-off."

The G-Report says:

"Ju.88A.1. Crashed on 13.11.40. at 1445 hours, at RODEH DOWN, near BLEWBURY. Map reference: P.9901. Markings: L1+LS (the second L is outlind in white). Spinner: red. A plate on the forward end of fuselage shows manufacturer Nordeutsche Dornier Werke, License: Junkers, Acceptance date: August 1940. A second plate inside the nose of fuselage gives a delivery date of June 1940. Another plate on rear end of fuselage gives the name of Adam Opel, A.G., Russelheim. Engines: Jumo 211, Numbers Port 38054, Starboard 38055. Following fighter action the pilot made a crashed landing with the port engine stopped. There are four 303 strikes through the radiator of the port engine, about sixty strikes through top of port wing, and a few in the starboard wing. All strikes are from dead astern. Armament: 4 M.G.15's 2 being in the rear position one in front and one lower rear. Armour: pilot's seat fully protected. Wireless operator's seat protected underneath. Lower belly completely armoured with strips 4 1/2" wide running fore and aft in addition rearmost panels of the detachable cockpit cover covered by armour plate 5 mm. thick, and the last window of the fuselage side panel are covered with similar strips forming a complete arch of armour protecting the rear gunner/wireless operator from side to side of fuselage. This position is also protected by a transverse strip and side flaps between the bottom of the detachable cockpit cover and the wireless apparatus. Crew; 4, one killed in crash, three prisoners, slightly wounded. (Report 90-2/3)"
