Hello,
I think that it is a engine gauge unit. I believe to see two "Boudon" tubes. The third tube above is missing.
left is oil pressure , right tfuel pressure and above temperature coolant

On voit sur ta photo qu'il y a encore le support de l'aiguille de gauche avec sa roue dentée entraînée par la crémaillère (absente) reliée au haut du tube de gauche.

Deux manomètres de pression et un thermomètre.
