I would suspect that these might be production airframe numbers that you sometimes see on an airframe in photos from a production line. If they are WNr. then, per Art Medcalf, both machines were manufactured as Ju 88A-1s at Siebel Flzg.Werke in Halle-Leipzig in Apr and May-40 respectively. The SKZs were SA+WJ and SA+WY.
