Ok, from History of the German Night Fighter Force 1917-1945-Aders.
There is a picture of this A/C in this book with the caption:
"The standard Stab chevron fuselage markings were also introduced to the night fighter force early in 1945. The photograph shows the NJG-1 CO's aircraft after it had been crash landed in Sweden by the radar operator of Oblt Jabs in May 1945".
From "The Luftwaffe in Sweden"-The airplane belonged to Oblt Hans_joachim Jabs. Two airmen Fw Fritz Hrachowina and Uffz Alexander Siegfried Koenig flew the airplane to Sweden
