Though I am Dutch, in this case I put much more trust in the data Matti has provided because it is more detailed.
I don't exclude 'Nederweert' because its phonetics sounds like 'Niederwerth' but everything points to the evening of 24/25 February 1944 and a loss in Germany instead of the Netherlands.
