Hi, it does indeed seem to be a Ju 88 A4 torpedo bomber as it has the fairing for the guidance system and torpedo racks although some kind of fuel tank or other container seem to be slung from them ?
Also, the back of the photo indicates it was taken at Grosseto in 1942 where the Luftwaffe had a torpedo training school.
