This aircraft can be seen on page 347 of Prien/Stemmer's "III./JG 3", although in flying condition. Aircraft is black 9 of 8 staffel, approximate date of March 1944. Mention is made of the gray stripe visible forward of the white fuselage band, and it is visible on the left side of the aircraft as well.
