Italian bomber loss 21 or 22 March 1942

Hello,

I have found on the net a page of local history showing the crash of an Italian bomber in the evening of 21 March 1942 near Prunia, in Sicily, while "returning from a raid on Malta". The crew is listed but neither the aircraft type or the unit.
See: http://www.lagrandegioiosa.it/avvenimenti/aereo.htm

The pilot according to the above website was Ten Emilio Iuzzolino (or Fazzolino). By checking with "Malta the Spitfire Year" by Shores, Cull and Malizia, I found that a S.79 of 280a Squadriglia flown by a Ten Emilio Juzzolino crashed in Sicily, but in the afternoon (or evening) of 22 March 1942, while returning from an attack on the Malta-bound MW10 convoy.

My guess is that the book will probably have the good date, and also the good name: I suspect the first page above is listing the names by reading the memorial plate remaining there, and the pilot's name first letter is hardly readable on it.

So I would like to have confirmation that this bomber crashed on 21 or on 22 March 1942. The bomber serial will be an appreciated bonus.

Thanks in advance

Laurent
