Does anyone have Appendix II, of A.P. 129 Manual - Landplanes June 1940 Reprint, please

I really need to know what the official 1940 rules were on Obstruction Lights at Aerodromes in Appendix II Night Flying, in the June 1940 reprint (once war had started)?

Mine is a late 1939 (on front outer cover, printed December, amended to August 1939, I think from memory) edition of the RAF F. T. Manual - Landplanes, Pt 1.
