Trying to identify the Gruppenstab & Sta Kap of III./StG51 during 1939-40
Hello,
I'm trying to reconstruct the aircrew members in the Gruppenstab and the StaKap aircrews with III./StG51 from 5.39 through 7.40, when it was re-designated II./StG1.

2) Hptm.-Maj. Heinrich von Kitzing 08.39 -17.05.40 + KIA)
In unit since 01.05.39?
3) Hptm. Anton Keil 17.05.40 - 09.07.40 (Unit became II./StG1)
B) Adjutant:
1) Oblt. Gerd Korten (in unit by 01.08.39). Dates as Adj? To 07.40 & II./StG1 ?? Promoted to Hptm 01.04.41.
C) 1A (Ops Officer):
1) Possible Anton Kiel? Probably in unit since 01.05.39? to 17.05.40 to Gr Kdr
D) TO (Technical Officer)
1) Unknown
F) 7./StG51
1) Oblt Walter Klemme a/o 01.09.39 - ? WIA 17.05.40 ?? To 7.40?
2) Unknown 17.05.40 to 7.40 (still Klemme?)

1) Hptm. Otto Ernst a/o 01.09.39 - ?
2) Oblt Martin Schmid? 1940?

1) Oblt Harry Arndt - a/o 01.09.39 - 07.06.40 KIA by inf in France after FL
2) Unknown: 07.06.40 to 7/40
Known a/c in the Gruppenstab: 6G+AD (WNr.5331?), 6G+BD, 6G+CD (WNr.464)
Who can help me complete this? Please cite sources. This takes into account the Luft. Officer Career Summaries by de Zeng & Stankey, plus other sources such as Emmerling. No KTB for this unit is known to exist.
