Hi,
Don't know if this help's but
APO 162 was Stoneleigh.

and also from the WW2APO list:

Ft Kobbe - Canal Zone - No 832 - 42
FST- 16 2 46

Just in case the "9" was a "4" ?

Then again this may be no use at all.
