That's too vague a description to be of much use. There were something like 10,000 - 14,000 airfields in the USSR during World War II. Here are some of these airfields that were "near Baku" including Baku airfield inself:

Adzhikabul/85 km SW of Baku/Azerbaijan (Transcaucasus MD)
Baku/Azerbaijan on shore of Caspian Sea (Transcaucasus MD)
Lenkoran/200 km SSW of Baku in Azerbaijan (Transcaucasus MD)
Nasosnyy/39 km NNW of Baku in Azerbaijan (Transcaucasus MD)
Pushkino/90 km SW of Baku in Azerbaijan (Transcaucasus MD)
Yevlax/220 km W of Baku in Azerbaijan (Transcaucasus MD)
Zalyani/110 km SW of Baku in Azerbaijan

Here are 4 more that begin with "Kis" or "Kiz":

Kiskunlacháza/34 km S of Budapest
Kizil-Arvat/115 km WNW of Ashkhabad (Ashgabat/Turkmenistan) (Central Asia MD)
Kizlyar/280 km NNE of Tiflis (T’bilisi/Georgia) (North Caucasus MD)

None of these seem to fit really well.
