Yes You're right Rémi,
It depends if you consider Corbeilles in Nemours area, which is far to be only 30km from Paris, or Corbeil (Essonnes).
In that case (Corbeil, Essonnes) we can imagine the air fight occured over Corbeil and the plane crashed at Les Mureaux which was on its way back to Creil - and not that far - where the unit was based.
Of course, it wasn't the shorter way (80Km by crow flight) but better than to crash in the middle of Paris. (Les Mureaux - Creil around 45km straight line)
