II/JG53 logbooks nov-december 1944
Hey all,
do someone know if it exists some logbooks or "Flugbücher" of the II/JG53 (unit of Julius Meimberg) for late 1944 (november/december). It seems that Jochen Prien's work is - for a main part of the known elements- based on the one of Hammer (6th Staffelkapitän) for that time.
Do maybe someone have heard about one or some other(s) concerning the 7th Staffel maybe, or one other Staffel of that II. Gruppe?
It seems the ones of Gunther Seeger still exist to, but he didn't fly at that time (married/car accident/dyphtérie), so it cannot be helping me.
They should be very helping!
