Re: What happened to Wilhelm Szuggar

Willi Szuggar, a double ace with 5 five victories in each war he participated, was born 28 june 1913 in Babillen; got the SK in Gold and the Cruz de Guerra for his duty in Spain. The 'gap' in his operational career was because entered in Arado AG as test pilot. I think he also belongued to JG52. I do not know the date of his death but was still alive at 1998. I have many photos, discharge papers and other docs from him.

Francisco

Does anybody please have a Date of Birth, Date of Death, details about any grade of Spanienkreuz he might have received, or just what he did after 1941?

Grateful as ever for any assistance on this pilot.

Kind Regards

Johannes
