Stollenberg again.

Found a picture in my Ries/Obermeier book with Johannes Stollenberg's Bf109 showing ten Russian claims by summer 1942 with 8./Sg1. His first two were with 4./Lg2 during June 1941, so if the picture is Stollenberg's then he got eight Russian aircraft during 1942. The 4./Lg2 claims on the micro films seem complete until the end of 1941, then there is a entry on the same sheet for one with 4./Sg1.....which I should think is what 4./Lg2 was re-designated as? If so when was Stollenberg transfered to 8./Sg1. Also it seems he claimed nothing more until possibly 1945 when he flew with Sg4, so the total of forty-five over Russian aircraft if likely to be incorrect, or counting those on the ground?

Regards

Johannes
