Unfortunately, no times are given in the report, but it seems that the whole operation was carried out during daylight so I would suppose from late morning to afternoon or evening. The German planes would have left Trondheim after daybreak in the early morning hours. The flying time to the landing area would have been about one to 1 1/2 hours. Why they landed I do not know.
