Many thanks Laurent for that. It was identified by eyewitnesses on the ground as a Dornier 17 or 215 all three aircraft were flying low over Dublin and exchanging gunfire.
In view of the German aircraft type I was wondering was it perhaps from 2.(F)/ObdL at Le Bourget!
