This Air Force website can be searched in several ways. One way is by name only.

http://www.au.af.mil/au/afhra/avc.asp

When you enter (name begins with) Scott you will find a Robert R Scott with a victory in WWII and Viet Nam. I think it is the same guy.

One tricky thing when using the Air Force site repeatedly for different types of searches is to reset the criteria to "blanks".

The Air Force site can possible yield a few more if you are willing to search a little. I found Scott this way. Find a high ranking officers (rank = Colonel) with a (war = Viet Nam) kill and then just search on his name only (no other restrictions) to see if he had any WWII kills. You can find test the method, which will also yield Robin Olds.
Robert R. Scott WWII had a credit for .5 in CBI 10/44 in a night fighter (presumably P-61) but I havent't check USAF serial number for a match.
