Do I agree? Yes and no. The picture is authentic. But it most likely was taken at the Cleveland Air Races held from 27 August to 5 September, 1932. Both the PZL P.II/III and the Morane Saulnier 230 were on display. Given the dates and location, that would account for the picture being processed in Nebraska by 15 October 1932.
And as for adding, I'll pass off your rudeness to inability to communicate in English.
