Hello friends, i wrote about Kopp's partisan experiences some years ago. He was part of the Novellara (Province of Reggio Emilia) 77th Partisan Action Squad (know as SAP). With "Guglielmo" in the same squad was also a German deserter who join the partisans the previous year, an ex Parachutist called Fischer.

Carl Schelling was born in Stendhal on the 16 march 1921. A Medicine student, he join luftwaffe and became an NCO pilot. When he was shot down, he tried to get switzerland, but stop his journey near Roasenda, where he join the MUSATI brigade (Garibaldini partisans). He died in magdeburg on 22 august 1982
