Re: Bristol Blenheim loss
On this day nine Blenheim Vs were lost although thirteen were claimed by the Luftwaffe. However, due to faulty aircraft recognition, most of the claims were for Bostons although no Bostons were involved.
The Blenheims were:
18 Squadron - BA790, BA795, BA796, BA802, BA820 and BA875.
614 Squadron - BA734, BA800 and BA869.
