[James A Pratt III]

I think I read somewhere when it was stationed outside then Leningrad now St Petersburg JG 54 had part of the unit living in one of the palaces of the Russian Tsars. Does anyone know which one or ones and what other Luftwaffe units used them? Thanks in advance.
