Nice view of "unknown" Greek Air Force Junkers G 24 hes with broken back. Assortment of biplanes and Luftwaffe Do 17 Z in background.

The G 24 indendities were as follows:

962 G 24 hes (AFI mfd 1931, 3 x Junkers L5, by railroad to Dessau) - SY-BAM Dessau 11.04.1931 (ntu) - SX-ACA EEES "Athinai" summer 1931 - Greek AF 01.11.1940 - (****)

963 G 24 hes (AFI mfd 1931, 3 x Junkers L5, by railroad to Dessau) - SX-ACB EEES "Thessaloniki" summer 1931 - Greek AF 02.11.1940 - (****)

964 G 24 hes (AFI mfd 1931, 3 x Junkers L5, by railroad to Dessau) - SX-ACD EEES "Jannina" summer 1931 - Greek AF 02.11.1940 - (****)

965 G 24 hes (AFI mfd 1931, 3 x Junkers L5, by railroad to Dessau) - SX-ACE EEES "Patras" summer 1931 - Greek AF 02.11.1940 - (**** This and three abowe: one was impressed in RAF, one destroyed at Tatoi, Greece, two captured by Luftwaffe in April 1941)

For balance, RAF "Bomber" ( i.e. Sabena DC-3-277B OO-AUI ) force landed, abandoned and destroyed in France, May 1940.
