Does not say exactly here - and I have not found a claim - it may have been engaged without it been reported fully, the loss be accidental or due AA fire damage on return leg. Aircraft lost around this convoy (March/April 1944) were six, three Fw 200 Condors (Fw 200 C-3 0062 "F8+BL" 3./KG.40 Oblt. Walter Klomp on 31 march, Fw 200 C-6 0220 F8+GL Oblt. Alfred Weyer 31 march and Fw 200 C-6 0224 F8+OL Uffz. Alfred Göbel 31 march), one BV 138 (C-1 0311043 6I+FL 1 April) and two Ju 88 D-1 (430563 4N+CK 30 March and 430822 4N+LH 2 April), Allied aircraft used were Wildcat´s and Swordfish of 819 squadron RN/FAA off HMS "Activity" and 846 SQ RN/FAA Wildcat & Avengers off HMS “Tracker”.
