It is with a heavy heart that I must report the passing of my good friend Mr.Paddy Cummins of Waterford , Ireland. Paddy passed away on June 6th .
He was well known in the Irish Aviation scene and wrote some wonderful books on the subject including a super book on the Irish Aer Corps . Paddy and myself have been working on a project on the Luftwaffe crashes in Ireland during WW2 and it is a great pity that he will not see this work published later this year .
To Paddy's wife Maura and family I offer my deepest sympathy , we all have lost a great friend . May you rest in peace my dear friend.
