Lt. Charles F. Kern (Ju88 Nightfighter) died
Hi all,
a great man Leutnant Charles F. Kern died at these days in Wolfsburg /Germany.
He was a German Nightfighter pilot and shot down a B-24 at 30. Mai1 944 over Belgium. The night flight of the B-24 was a secret OSS/SOE mission.
All crewmembers survived.
Mr. Kern meet some of them in 1994.
