Do 215 on evening recce over Liverpool attacked during its return home. Pursued over North Wales. Both engines damaged and crew wounded in attacks so crash-landed at Trawsfynydd, Merioneth, at 4:55pm. 0023, VB+KK, write-off. Ltn. W. Book, Fw. K. Jensen, and Fw H. Kuhl ('u' with umlaut) captured wounded. Uffz. G. Pelzer killed during fighter attacks. In this book it is shown as belonging to 2(F)/121.
