Re: 10/05/1940 Do17Z W/nr. 4521
I am wondering were the name Erich Langhuth is coming from. Weiss maybe?
According to the Luftwaffe Officer Career Summaries Section L-R, version: 01 April 2013 by Henry L. deZeng IV and Douglas G. Stankey the name should be Langguth and his firstname Gerhard. From Erich is no unit mentioned, but of Gerhard the unit was Aufkl.St./Fliegerdivision 7. And that fits quite well. So it seems most likely that he, Gerhard, was the Oblt. on board of the Do 17 that crashed near Cillaarshoek.
In this summarie is no name like Langhuth or Lannguth.
