Not reading & writing German will be a problem for you. There is no one book that lists all losses. You can buy the Luftwaffe Quartermaster General's Returns from BA (1944 is missing) which lists all material and personnel losses but again, it is in German. There are numerous books covering individual units (one of my books, for example, covers the losses of the Ju 88 unit that operated over the Atlantic from western France) but to collect all would cost you money (and again, most are in German).
