At that time was called PS-84, the designation LI-2 came much later, secondly I doubt that's the case or a VVS plane at all.....I also
doubt that this is a Spit but a bomber or transport type aircraft. However ,the elevator portion has similarities to this of PS-84
Based on the camo I could agree with Hans regarding the French type and to some extent even British .
