My guess would be that the R Hayward cited in the photo credit is Roger Hayward, author of Air Britain's 'The Beaufort File'. If so, a letter to him c/o Air Britain might get you in touch.

There is an address for Roger Hayward given in The Beaufort File, but that was 1990 and this is now. I you'd like it anyway PM me.
