Kampfgeschwader 40 Signatures
Is anyone able to help with the signatories on the two Kampfgeschwader 40 documents below:

The recipient served in III./KG40.

Frontflug-Spange in Bronze signed by a Major and Stellv. Geschwader Kommodore on 25-July-1942. I cannot find any reference to who might of held this tempory position at this time. Can anyone help?

Kreigsurlaubschein signed by the Gruppenkommandeur III./KG40 on 19-June-1944. I believe this position was held by Major Dr. Lambert von Konschegg at the time. Can anyone confirm this is indeed his signature?

Any help whatsoever will be very well recieved.
