You could send a letter, with a blank stamped (postage paid) envelope enclosed and ask the publisher in writing to kindly forward your written letter to them, or to the author (if the author has been in contact with them). You should always include your postal address and names when writing like this (even if you anticipate an email reply) and a contact telephone number if you wish, as some like to make contact by telephone.
I'm sure I have, or seen Geoffrey's book, but don't ask me to find it as I have had to move part of my collection and I'm in a bit of mess.
